Kent, a part of the sales, news, and sports staff, is a lifelong resident of the area and a 1972 graduate of Darlington High School. He lives in Darlington with his wife, Cathy, his daughter, Jenni, and a pair of cats - Emmett and Elliot. He also has four other grown children: Kara, Nate (Becky), Alison (Chad), and Laura. He has one grandchild, Brenna, and two more due anytime now...

Kent loves high school sports and the Wisconsin Badgers.

His wife Cathy is a long time teacher's assistant for the Darlington school district.
