I've been working in radio since high school. My first day on the air was the most frightening experience of my life, and I swore I would never return. Well, here I am thirty years later...and loving every minute of it!

I am the the "Shary" in the Sunny and Shary Show, which airs Monday through Friday from 9-10am on the Big Easy 93.7. Then I continue spinning tunes until 2pm. I do a short break from 11:05-11:30 to head down the hall for the Shopping Show on WEKZ-AM 1260. I couldn't ask for anything better....getting paid to talk and shop!!

I was born and raised in Freeport - graduating from Freeport High School and Highland College. My "other half," Randy, is the love of my life. I have one daughter, Michelle, who will soon be moving to California (so you can expect to see a definite increase in air travel in the near future, as I plan to visit often!) plus two step kids, Amanda and Michael. Ohhhhh... and I can't forget Professor Higgins, my little black devil of a dog! But I wouldn't trade him for anything...Randy, on the other hand.........
